The atheist's problem

Kaitlyn has revealed the problem for the atheist. If she acknowledges that God exists, she acknowledges that she is ultimately responsible to him, and that's not a pleasant thought for a guilty sinner. Yet, her philosophy shows her shallow thinking. If I was born in a part of the earth that never saw sunlight, it still exists whether I believe in it or not. Yet, many (like Kaitlyn) have the philosophy that God doesn't exist simply because they don't believe in Him.
