Hover over Romans 1:20-22 for proof of God's existence, and over Matthew 5:27-28 for Judgment Day’s perfect standard. Then hover over John 3:16-18 for what God did, and over Acts 17:30-31 for what to do.

Perhaps it's Time.

"The lowly appendix, long-regarded as a useless evolutionary artifact, won newfound respect two years ago when researchers at Duke University Medical Center proposed that it actually serves a critical function. The appendix, they said, is a safe haven where good bacteria could hang out until they were needed to repopulate the gut after a nasty case of diarrhea, for example….'Maybe it's time to correct the textbooks,' says William Parker, Ph.D., assistant professor of surgical sciences at Duke and the senior author of the study." ScienceDaily (Aug. 21, 2009)

What an interesting way to admit that the theory was wrong. Again. For years we have heard the argument that the appendix was positive proof for Darwinian evolution, and that those who didn’t accept the evidence were unscientific knuckle-heads.

Suddenly it goes from being a useless evolutionary leftover to being something that "serves a critical function." There’s no apology. There’s no admittance of wrong. They discovered that God made it for a reason, and all we get is "maybe it’s time to correct the textbooks." Maybe? Of course it won’t be. Why should it, when the entire foundation for evolution is founded on the same sort of fiction?

Of course, believers will parrot that there’s no need for an apology because science is never "wrong." Rather, it’s forever seeking the truth but it can never be sure that it has found it. So it has license for recurrent falsehood. When it comes down to it, those that have faith in evolution can never have the assurance that what they are believing is true and trustworthy. It is Darwinian quicksilver.

However, I’m not concerned if someone wants to believe in a fairytale. That’s their business. What concerns me is if their belief conflicts with the truth of Christianity and that causes them to reject the gospel. Then it becomes of great concern because it becomes a stumbling block for their eternal salvation, and that’s a tragedy beyond words.

ROFLMBO!!!! Goal post moved.

For decades, evolutionists constantly claimed the appendix was vestigial because it supposedly didn't do anything. Now that it's been found to do something extremely important, they change their argument to "it doesn't do what it originally did." How, pray tell, can you know what it originally did? If you cite other living things' intestines, then guess what -- you'll be guilty of actual circular logic (as opposed to Peahead Myers' rhetorical nonsense).
