You already have your gift from God. He gave you (temporary) life. But I’m sure you think that your parents gave it to you, and their parents gave them life, and their parents gave them their life. Right back to Adam.
No matter what you believe, everything you have--your eyes, your incredible brain, the life-giving blood that runs through your veins, the amazing lungs that are preprogrammed to draw in oxygen-filled air, come to you by the goodness of God.
But to be more specific, everything you seem to have is in truth on loan from God, and He will take them back one day.
You also already have the signature you are wanting. It is your conscience. His moral Law has been written by His hand on your mind--you know right from wrong and you have the knowledge that you are morally accountable to God.
You are right about Him knowing your address. He knows you by name, where you live, the thoughts that run through your mind, and even how many hairs are upon your head. See Matthew 10:30.
I hope you enjoy your meal and that you thank God for His kindness. Think of how amazingly kind He has been to you, despite the fact that you haven’t loved Him as you are commanded to--with all of your heart, mind, soul, and strength. That's called "grace."
